I absolutely LOVE a warm bamboo massage. It gives all the same great massage benefits: relaxation, removing aches & pains from desk working. But the heat is glorious. It penetrates deep down and just enhances a fantastic treatment. I’d have one of these every day! It's perfect and I recommend this to anyone who has fibromyalgia.
I then had the microdermabrasion skin resurfacing treatment. It rejuvenates my face making it clean & smoother by removing all those dead skin cells. Thank you so much!

Jacquie provides an excellent deep tissue massage. I have been twice now and after each visit have felt better and extremely relaxed. Jacquie puts you at ease and is professional throughout. The atmosphere and facilities are relaxed, modern and very clean. I will continue to visit once a month as my back has never felt so good.
