Very friendly and helpful staff. Ali did my facial and she's a lovely lady and fantastic at her job. I booked a dermalogica facial which was amazing. Highly recommend a visit here.

We were met in the hotel by a cheerful smile and professionalism. Mum and I were both having a facial together which was fun and also sooooo relaxing! We cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our time at Gloots. Both therapists were approachable, honest and very professional. Very much a place to visit. We were given a face mapping session which was a great learning curve, for me in particular and I will most certainly take their advice and use it to my advantage (I hope).
