THis was my first visit and I was a bit thrown by the locked door which told me to wait in the hotel if the red blind was down, which it wasnt, so I waited outside for 10 minutes
I had specifically booked online with the owner jackie, but was allocated a therapist whose profile I hadnt read.
I chose aromatherapy massage as I wanted to be sure the olis would support my emotional state, but there was no discussion about oils and I was told they used a blend of oils.
The room was very small and the therapist couldnt avoid having body contact with me during the massage

I've been to Gloots a couple of times now, but never before for reflexology. Angela was lovely and really put me at ease straight away. The treatment was so relaxing and I felt great all day after. Definitely recommend!
