Terrible service from start to finish. I paid for a treatment I didn't receive and still await my refund.
I booked a gel manicure for 13:35 the following day, this was to fit in with my lunch break at work as I had an event after work. The morning of my treatment I received two voicemails from Jacquie (Gloots) one said that the nail technician had unexpectedly decided to pursue a new career and therefore wouldn't be able to honour my appointment that day but that she would try and find someone else. The second voicemail said that my appointment had been rearranged for 17:00 that day. I called back and spoke to Jacquie to explain that this didn't suit me and tried to rearrange for another lunchtime but the next appointment available was over a week away. I asked if there were any evening appointments over the next five days and Jacquie said she would check and ring me back. She didn't ring back. I contacted Treatwell that evening to request a refund for the treatment I hadn't received, I have not received a reply or my refund. Jacquie sent me a text the following day to say that as the nail technician had gone to pursue another career she wouldn't be able to rearrange my appointment and would I like a refund? I replied by text stating that I would like a refund and that I was very disappointed by the whole experience. I would not recommend Gloots to anyone. I still await my refund for the service I have not received.
Fantastic! Emily was absolutely brilliant. I left feeling relaxed for the first time in a long time! First class service & could not wish for a better more experienced person, extremely friendly with an amazing calm aura! 😊
