Lovely relaxing experience. Friendly staff put me at ease straight away. Waited a few mins in the quiet reception where I was offered a glass of water and filled out a short form. The spa therapist Kim then came and introduced herself and took me to the treatment room just separate from the hotel at the back where it was very quiet and tranquil. The therapist was lovely and chatty and the hour passed quickly! Would highly recommend.
