Great massage from Jacqui as usual! She always pays attention to the areas that need it the most and uses the perfect amount of pressure. Warm and comfy room, heated massage bed (which I love!!) and relaxing ambience. Jacqui is really friendly and welcoming, and has a great massage technique. Would highly recommend!

Loved the whole experience. Facial was perfect ,products the best. Jacquie the best beautician I have ever had - and I have been to a fair few . Lovely relaxing room. wonderful warm bed which no where around offers such a unique experience. I always come away refreshed and chilled and my skin feeling silky and hydrated . Had a body wrap before and felt like marshmallow man which was a strange experience but I lost a lot of inches and felt slimmer ,would recommended also . .The hotel staff especially Mandy really welcome you and make the experience extra special and personal. So big thank you.

I am a fibromyalgia sufferer and Jaccqui helped me have a wonderful experience. She made sure I was not in any pain throughout the massage.
The ambiance, dimmed lights and music all enhance a wonderful massage.
I left feeling at ease, relaxed and wanting more!
I love the heated massage bed too.
I couldn't recommend Gloots highly enough.
