I had a wonderful Hot Stones massage. I had had a terrible flare up of my fibromyalgia so I booked in to have a heated massage. I usually have hot bamboo which I love, but I thought I would try something different, but I needed a heated one.
The stones are applied to your skin once it has been oiled. The heat really penetrates down into the tissue bringing me relief and easing the stiffness in my joints.
I really enjoyed this massage and I am looking forward to my next one xxx
