The hospitality of the hotel receptionist set the tone, this was my first visit to Gloots and I have already booked another treatment. Jackie was lovely and put me at ease and I literally floated out of the treatment room. I did not use the spa facilities so not really able to comment.

I had a wonderful hot bamboo massage. Jaccqui first oils up the skin, then using various techniques massages the skin using warm bamboo. I Love it!
For me the heat penetrates deep within the muscles and joints, easing my stiffness and warming me to core.
I love the massage bed, it is adjustable and Jaccqui makes sure I am at the position for my comfort. And that sums up Gloots, the customer is the focus and Jaccqui ensures everything is just perfect.
Working from my back, legs and arms I end up feeling warm, my joint stiffness reduced, I'm relaxed and looking forward to the next session.
