This was my second visit to Gloots and I have already booked to go back for a 3rd visit. Jacqui is so welcoming and creates such a serene and relaxing environment. She really makes the experience enjoyable and tailors each treatment to her client. On this visit I had a deep clean facial which left my skin feeling refreshed and looking radiant.

First ever massage - I thought I’d try a neck, shoulder and back massage. I was apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. I was put at ease very quickly by Jacquie. Everything was explained really well. The massage itself was unlike anything I’ve experienced before- extremely relaxing and the time flew by.
A highly professional establishment that cares for its clients. I’ll be back (with my back!)

Jacquie was so lovely! I felt relaxed very quickly. She went through my history, asked what I would like to get out of the treatment and if there were any particular areas to focus on. The lava shells massage was deeply relaxing and tailored to my needs. I would recommend! I also had some concerns about my skin and Jacquie was happy to spend some time advising me and recommending different treatments and products. I will definitely be coming back soon!
