Booked in a massage after receiving a voucher as a gift. Have had several massages before elsewhere as suffer from neck, back and shoulder issues but I usually find them quite uncomfortable. However, the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish! The ambience very cosy and relaxing and the massage was carried out with great care and skill by Jacqui who was extremely professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

This was my second visit to Gloots and I have already booked to go back for a 3rd visit. Jacqui is so welcoming and creates such a serene and relaxing environment. She really makes the experience enjoyable and tailors each treatment to her client. On this visit I had a deep clean facial which left my skin feeling refreshed and looking radiant.
