Salon was closed when I arrived but when I called the owner explained a staff member was running late. She arrived quickly after. Haircut was as I asked and lovely blow dry. Thank you!

Booked an appointment but the salon was closed. Only found out when I arrived for my appointment and I had to find an alternate last minute. Attempted to contact the salon and no answer.

ABSOLUTE TIME WASTERS. I made my way there for a cut and blowdry before my holiday and they weren't even open!!!!! Awful customer service to not even let a customer know they won't be open. Now I'm wary to book another service on treatwell
