I arrived to this appointment to find that I had no appointment in the diary at all! Most displeased with my first time using Treatwell. How can you have a system that does not link with the salon bookings when you choose a specific booking and then pay upfront? It is very frustrating to have precious time on your weekend wasted. I specifically went out of my way to make it to this appointment on Saturday.
