I left with black hair and ginger roots, I went in to get a nice medium brown. Terrible. Spent a fortune fixing it.

I had a wonderful time getting my half head of highlights. Shenai was efficient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to create the colour I wanted. Will definitely be back.

Really happy with the shape of my eyebrows but think the waxing has left me with some scanning below my eyebrow. Other than this I I was happy.
