Well, first off I was greeted by a dog and offered a Ladurée macaroon which is now how I hope to be greeted in every establishment. Super friendly and relaxed atmosphere, very chatty. Kirsty really listened to me, understood what I wanted, and did exactly what I asked with perfect results. The blow dry was wonderful and she was accommodating to my fussy product needs. I'll be going back very soon!
