Good ambiance, nice staff.
I am a pet lover and they do have a dog around the saloon, but I would ask the lady who washed my hair to do not take the eye boogers from the dog while she is washing my hair. That´s not very hygienic from the client´s point of view.
My haircut took exactly 10 min. The hairdresser who cut my hair asked me if she could go a moment to cut another client's hair after 10min, she told me that she would come back with me and finish the cut. In the meantime, another staff member started to blow out my hair and when she finish it looked at me and said that that was it, she finished.
Then I understood no one was coming back to finish my cut, that was it, they weren't interested.
Very disappointed by that.

Really great experience all around, friendly staff, and also very skilled. I had a haircut with Libby, who was really great, and "got" my hair straight away, and cut it exactly the way I wanted it. Everyone else is really friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the salon, with 2 adorable dogs.
