When I came, they told me that my appointment was moved for 1hr later and they were blaming treatwell system, however I did not need to wait 1 hr which was good. Haircut was super quick, not sure it's good or bad, but what I didn't like the most is that she took the brush was full of hair and without cleaning it she brushed my hair. It just ruined my experience unfortunately.
