I was very disappointed overall. Firstly, I didn't get a head massage as part of what I paid for. I also thought the salon was very unhygienic. The brushes used on my hair were full of other people's hair and I kept finding the hairs on me afterwards and they definitely weren't mine.
The blow dry didn't last at all (half an hour tops!). By the time I got home I looked terrible and I had to spend an hour re-doing my hair afterwards. My hair was also very flat at the top although I asked for volume since I don't wear my hair flat.
I didn't get anything out of this and wouldn't go back.

Great hair cut, only problem was booking through treatwell.
The time I had booked through treatwell was unavailable but they were great at fitting me in!
