Booked hair colour at Glo based on the excellent reviews on Treatwell. Had my roots redone to cover my grey hairs. After getting my hair washed post hair colour, I noticed several grey hairs and patches were left uncovered. Which wasn’t ideal. They were nice enough to do redo the colour to cover up the bits that were missed but that also meant another hour on the chair at the salon. Second time around the greys were covered.

Unfortunately on the day I went the team were a bit short staffed so ended up waiting around for 30 minutes past my appointment time before anything was done. The conditioning treatment was then hastily applied. The haircut however was great and I would go back for a haircut. Shame about the staffing issues
