Very pleased with my experience at Glo. I had a half head of highlights done but wasn't completely satisfied with the results. I went back in a few days later and one of the stylists fixed the problem for me without hesitating - I'm now extremely pleased with the final outcome and love my new colour. Thank you for being so understanding. On another note, the stylist who cut my hair was a rare example of when a hairdresser actually listens to 'I'd like as little taken off the length as possible please'! Very happy customer.
