Sent downstairs on arrival but kept waiting for 15 mins to be seen. Not the best treatment rooms, not terribly clean & no where to hang your things. The therapist did little to understand the look I was going for and I wasn’t that pleased with the result - patchy and lots of gaps, the entire experience felt rushed. Unlikely I’d go baxk
