Came in too touch up my highlights but came out with darker hair. Staff are over booked so had to have multiple people do my hair with some leaving half way through

For a salon that charges the same amount as some seriously luxe places like Michael Van Clarke, the experience is completely lacking. Booked for colour and blow dry with a senior stylist. Colour was ultimately good, but was passed over to a surly trainee for my blow dry and had to watch the stylist I'd paid for do an excellent job on someone else whilst the trainee spent most of her time on the phone. This also meant my colourist had no real idea what the colour ended up looking like - good result seemingly more accidental than a result of money well spent.
