I am so sorry to complain but by the time I got home a 10 minute walk later my hair had lost all of its curls so I feel like my blow dry was a waste of time and money. Alicia was so lovely but sadly the blow dry was not what I expected and paid for.

Great blowdry by Ashton, who seems very experienced and knowledgeable. But the hair wash was a struggle: the junior assistant who washed my hair not only was in an obvious bad mood but also literally hurt my scalp with her super long nails during the washing, in addition to almost burning my scalp with sudden boiling hot water.
