I really like my lashes and the technician was really nice. The only things I would say are that it wasn’t a very relaxing experience. The staff weren’t particularly helpful or welcoming eg there wasn’t a receptionist so one of the hairdressers just told me to go downstairs. The beds aren’t separate from the rest of the salon so it’s loud - I had to listen to other customers talking and swearing which I didn’t love. I’ll be going back because I don’t think I’ll find somewhere good and cheaper, and the lashes themselves seem good I just don’t think the customer service was great.
