I feel bad for leaving a bad review cause the hairdresser was such a nice person... but my treatment wasn’t so nice... From the moment I was getting my hair washed, I wondered what was going on. I ended with a wet face, a wet back (yes wet back) and my make up completely removed from my forehead. I didn’t ask for anything complicated, just a trim and my layers freshened up. I now look like I have a helmet, having a very thick and short layer at the front. My hair looked better before the haircut, it now looks horrible...
