I have been going to Glo for half a year and will be finding a new salon. I purposefully scheduled with Alessia because she knows what I like and she has been working on my hair for months. When I arrived someone random did my color and it was very hectic and disorganized. The toner was applied poorly and now I have uneven patches which aren’t properly dyed which I will have to go somewhere else to fix, there was zero product used on my blow dry and I left with frizzy fly aways.
