Giovani was quick, professional super friendly and great at what he does..... I have long thick hair and lots of it, He washed, trimmed and blow dried in less than an hour.....I was that glad :)

Very unimpressed. I had bad vibes right from the beginning. I have never left a bad review for anywhere before so this took a lot.
My hair was done downstairs, it was so dirty and messy it felt like a basement and i was uncomfortable. I asked for a natural root blend/reverse balayage but my hair is now pretty much fully brown.
The whole process was rough and sloppy and it seemed that their hangovers took more attention. And the olaplex treatment was left in my hair and not washed out, so my hair felt gross when i left and the blow dry was not even done properly! Still had damp patches in the back of my head.
I had such high hopes. Disasterous and so unprofessional and very sarcastic/condescending when i called up and complained.
Would not recommend!
