From the minute I sat in the chair with Rumen to talk about what look i wanted to achieve, he was attentive and kind and gave me his professional opinion so I'd get the best results. I went with a cool blonde balayage to best suite my redness prone complection.
Foils, wash, toner, condition, cut, blow-dry and style took in total under 4 hours. Nothing felt rushed and Rumen was very friendly.
I look forward to going back in 6 months for a freshen up or toner.
