My hair doesn’t remotely resemble what I asked for nor the pictures I showed Rumen which he completely disregarded. I then didn’t even have a consultation with him beforehand- i went straight to get my hair washed so I couldn’t explain/show what I wanted. I asked for long layers to remove weight - instead I have choppy shaggy layers which do not blend and are uneven. It will take months to grow back.
