I was a first time client and hand an appointment for a 1 hr Ladies' wash, cut and blow-dry. Ash was running behind on a color and my cut started 30 mins late. His next client came in 15 mins later. Ash said he wouldn't have time to do a blow dry. The atmosphere was lovely, drinks (tea, coffee) were avaialble and I am happy with the cut, after washing and styling it myself. I was rushed and no partial refund or compensation towards a next visit was provided. Unfortunately I won't be back.
