I came in for a haircut and toner. I thought it would be pretty simple — long layers, angled face framing pieces starting at my chin, and just making sure there were no harsh yellows in my hair. But I left with curtain bangs (or maybe just full on bangs), no layers so my ends feels chunky, and very very dark hair that’s much darker than my natural color and removed any dimension from my hair. Incredibly confused and saddened that the salon has been unresponsive.
