I had an amazing haircut and half head of highlights. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I had an excellent experience. Danielle is a superb hairdresser and did exactly what I asked for, but was also creative and made additional recommendations that I hadn’t considered. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone
Lovely people, but understaffed.
My cut, wash and blow dry was literally that. I have long, thick, naturally curly hair and after blow drying my hair, it still had kinks, looked frizzy and generally looked awful, so I tied it up on leaving the premises (I couldn’t believe the stylist actually left my hair like that). I asked for layers at the front, they weren’t done. I was in and out in 30mins (probably because I was shoe horned in between a regular clients treatment).
Such a shame as every other review seemed positive.
Visited the salon with my daughter with Groupon-. It was an assembly line approach. They did their best to speed it up and the kind of cut I ended up with was one of the worst I had in a long time. The hairdresser who did my daughter's hair did not even ask me how I wanted her hair done. I had to stop the hairdresser while the other one was rushing mine to tell her how my child's hair to be done. Later my daughter said that she was very rough brushing her hair while blow-drying. Over the phone they said a surcharge of £5 for long hair applies; at the till this changed to £10! Not impressed, not recommended- Avoid!
Always great service here and so relaxing.
