Zara was my therapist. she was amazing . She knew exactly what my skin need and preformed an amazing treatment. It's the first time I have left a salon without makeup and felt confident. I have instantly re-book for another treatment.

The waxing itself was good, quick and did overall fine. I had to be rebooked from cancellation on their end which was fine and went to go next day.
I obviously booked on treat well, chose to pay at venue. Told me the total which actually wasn’t the same price (It was lower due to offer going on treatwell). Was charged £65 instead of £56, and she couldn’t get their card machine, had to go to an ATM and she stated they didn’t have change. Went from £56 to £70 for no reason.
