Zhara was really good, experienced and thorough. Her facial massage was excellent and she even massaged my hands while the face mask was on. All in all very relaxing.

Very disappointed - came for an eyebrow wax and tint. I asked for dark blond/ light brown and ended up with black eyebrows which were uneven - I spent an hour trying to remove the overly dark dye and had to use tweasers to correct the uneven wax, I’m also left with skin wounds where they double went over with the wax and the skin is peeling. - very disappointed and won’t be returning - 3 days after the wax and my skin is red raw and no amount of concealer is covering is
