Salon is quite run down but Zhara is welcoming however I won’t be returning. Firstly I booked and paid for a hot wax however soon became aware that she was doing a strip wax which was extremely painful. After I told her she swapped to hot but by then it was too late. I have bruising all down one side and days later I also have flaky skin as if I have sunburn. Never had this before in 20 yrs of waxing. Also missed hair so not a thorough job & leaves so much wax residue, required shower after.

Went at 9 months pregnant for a Hollywood and was made to feel really comfortable. The wax was really quick and I'm really pleased with the results. Definitely going back!
