The people at Glo were so kind to me when I showed up for my massage with a terrible hangover! They gave me water, offered regular breaks, turned the heating right down and overall, made me feel a whole lot better! The therapist listened carefully to what I wanted in terms of pressure and it was a lovely experience x
warm, inviting atmosphere as soon as I walked in, offered tea or water from friendly receptionist - but had to wait 20 minutes (was pre-warned as they were missing a therapist that day). Very good wax from lovely therapist though, really pleased with result and would go back.
Unfortunately not a good experience this time: manicure and pedicure had quite a number of flaws, cuticles were roughly cut and I was left with a bleeding toe and finger, and polish applied on top of the bruises! I was left for 40 minutes under drier after my manicure, whilst the girl was attending other customers, and even after that the polish was still fresh and smudged as soon as I left...
Probably not ideal to have only one staff covering so many appointments by herself, considering there were two more people (working?) in the shop who weren't doing anything other than...look?
