Booked a 30 min Swedish massage. Arrived 5 min early but my therapist had not arrived. She arrived 20 min late due to issues with train. The treatment room is inside a nail/beauty salon. The relaxing music that was played during massage came from the salon rather than inside the room so with the door being closed, it was hard to hear it. The receptionist and nail lady also had a loud conversation which was distracting and made it hard to relax and 'switch off'. The therapist even stopped the massage to go and ask them to lower their voices. The massage itself was ok. The therapist had good knowledge and was professional, friendly. The room was clean. I ended up getting a longer massage due to confusion to what had been booked, which was an added bonus.
