The receptionist at this salon is always very welcoming.
My Brazilian wax was quite painful and I felt the therapist was rushing as she told me she wanted to get home.

The staff - especially the receptionist and the lady who did my facial - were lovely and very welcoming.
The salon itself feels a little 'no frills'. The facial was good - the extractions were thorough, the facial massage at the end was amazing and very relaxing and I received useful advice - but it would have been good to have an arm massage like other salons I have visited offer when the mask was left on as 10 minutes feels like quite a long time!
