Timings of the appointment were brought fwd due to a system error which is okay but unfortunately the appointment was delayed due to a previous delayed appointment which meant that my appointment was late. The staff did apologise for and offered an alternative brow session to avoid too much delay. Other treatment was carried out very well, so can't complain too much overall. Would definitely go back.
