unwelcome, therapist wasn't or didn't want to wax my face & chin, said hair was too strong also that the strip and hot wax was not suitable.I also feel that because I'm ethnic minority woman they were not willing. I was told one price by the therapist whilst she was doing my face after leaving me to check with reception, then when I went to pay I was told another price, my partner heard them discussing my treatment and what price they should charge me. I wouldn't recommend this salon .although I have visited them before was not great but desperate. on both occasion as my usually salon had an emergency so couldn't see me.
