3 is only because my shellac manicure has started to chip already, which I haven't experienced before. Pedicure was fine and manicurist was lovely.
3 for atmosphere of Salon. It was a little clinical for the prices charged compared to other places.

Staff was very nice at Glo. I had my gel nails done at a different salon so I’m not sure if that’s why the technician found them so difficult to remove. She ran out of foil and had to reuse on my different nails making the process a bit longer. The acetone did not lift the gel easily so the technician had to use a scraper and file aggressively leaving my nails damaged. After the entire process, I still have gel remaining on my nails.
