The staff were lovely but my massage was not the best. The masseuse was either very soft or too hard and did not seem to know exactly what technique she was using. She was a lovely lady and apologised at the end that she was tired but I think I paid too much for what I got. It was a shame because I saw the ratings were high maybe just a bad day.
