Firstly I’d like to say the both therapists were good and polite unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. My main issue is the pricing I prepaid for a pedicure & manicure expecting that would be the price but no , shellac was an extra 10 pounds fair enough and 7 pounds on top to remove polish for 2 complete nails as I had taken most the polish off prior to going. I don’t have an issue with paying more but pricing needs to be transparent at time of booking. If you do a pedicure and manicure surely you need to remove the polish first. I’d never return.
