Massage was ok. Good pressure. Didn’t really do much to my back which I’d asked for, also wasn’t fully even on both sides. Did more to one area than the other. The therapist was playing music on her Spotify off her phone which was nice music but obviously didn’t have a paid version because every 15 minutes the relaxing tranquil music would skip to bbc radio adds or doof doof music- not very relaxing. My partner had a similar experience with his other therapist in terms of uneven massage.

I had a beautician who came from the Clapham South branch. She was great and made me feel at ease as it was my first wax ever. It was very thorough and she kept checking in on be throughout the process. It was also a lot more painless than expected!!
