Having spent months of lockdown growing my eyebrows back, I gave clear instructions that I only wanted them tidying up. She immediately proceeded to thread the 1st one back to square one. I was horrified - months wasted and this mistake right in the middle of my face! She then wanted to do the other one but I was too upset. I had to hold back tears and leave with completely mismatched eyebrows. She didn’t charge me but this is not the point. She said she would wait for me to return. No chance.

The treatment was ok although the therapist didn't have any aloe to calm my skin afterwards. The reason for a low review is because the therapist had a bad cold, kept coughing during the treatment and didn't wear a face mask. I didn't feel safe as the therapist was very close to my face breathing right on me. I understand that she may need to work but she could have worn a face mask at least.

Threading was excellent - the waxing was a bit harsh and left my skin peeling in places (a problem I don't usually have). The waxing treatment was also a bit slow.

Antonia has the best hands and its so nice that at every time she would ask if I'm ok and if the temperature was alright or make sure I wasn't in pain. I would say she is the best person who has done my waxes and I would love continuing with her in the long run x
