I hate to leave a bad review as the lady was very nice. Worst wax I've ever had. Loads of hair left, she didn't tweeze any of the leftover ones. I asked specifically for a thong wax, so just sides and underneath sides and a little at the top and she removed loads in between which I didn't want and left the top totally wonky. Lastly, loads of sticky wax left all over so I'm now trying to get that off. Really, really poor.

I went in expecting to see my normal lady but she was unavailable but the consultant I had was so good. She asked me what I was used to and made me feel so comfortable. She continued asking me how I was until I was finished and I loved the end results!!
