Door locked when I arrived and no one visible in the store. Previous client had run over meaning appointment started 20 mins late. Had pedicure first which took around 30 minutes then brow wax which took about 15 minutes. Technician reported that equipment was not working but used drier on nail polish, still had not dried but shop closing so placed feet in cling film so I could leave. Nail polish chipped/marked/ moved on toes by time home.

My appointment started on time. The therapist asked me if the temperature and the music volume was appropriate. She was mindful of whether her pressure was too strong, and adapted as necessary. She answered my questions, and gave me a very good massage.
