First time being looked at Fabiana and I absolutely loved it. She was soft handed and despite it being a long while since my last wax the pain was not as bad as I though it would be. Loved the treatment and I love the results

I have had a good experience. Very please with my shellac mani and pedi. I would just organise a better environment there. It is clean but not spotless for a beauty salon.

But disappointed, I came in for legs and Hollywood wax. Came home to find a lot of hair remaining. I don’t think it’s wholly the therapists fault - the lighting in the treatment rooms is atrocious. The lighting is really not suitable for hair removal.
