I book through treatwell cause I didn’t have cash (she only accepts cash) - she refused to dry my hair , not even a rough dry. The reason is because I book a “wash and cut “ instead of a “wash cut blow dry”.
From experience if you want a blow dry it’s £20 more but rough dry is free esp because my hair is above my shoulder. What hair salon allows your customer to leave the hair salon with wet hair… to makes matters worse its uneven when dried!!! 15 mins done for a 40 mins advertise
