The colour of highlights is good. But she did do it in kind of straight line so the roots do not grow out nicely. It just looks like I’ve done a full colour instead of highlights. Need to now go to a different hair dresser and pay again to fix it

Normally I don't particularly like going to hairdressers as it's time consuming and rather boring experience but this time round it was completely different. It felt like seeing an old friend - lovely chat, so the time went by so quick. On top of it I left with a solution to my hair problem. Overall great experience - efficient, very friendly service with great value for money.
