The haircut was ok - I did not need much, just cutting the ends and this worked ok. They had a delay and I was told I can come back in '30 mins' or any time later which was rather unprofessional but then they managed to put me on a chair within 15 mins (which I guess is acceptable). They apologised for the delay.
All in all, ok-experience.

A beautiful haircut, "the best I've ever had"
Alex was very good with Salam, who has Altzheimers; he was completely relaxed throughout the cut and able to enjoy the experience. She is always helpful.
Glad we live so near to this salon, as we both have limited mobility.
