As this was my first experience of having a Hollywood wax, I specifically chose Sejal as my therapist (as she had the best reviews for Hollywood waxing), I am so pleased that I did! The treatment itself was quick and relatively painless, and I didn't feel awkward at all, as Sejal was efficient and professional throughout. We even had time for Sejal to thread and tint my eyebrows before her next client - I will definitely be returning to Glitz N Glam for other treatments with Sejal in the future.

A packed salon where you have to turn away custom is always a good. My appointment wasn't on time but staff were very apologetic only 10mins late. But very happy with outcome, mini head massage was a plus. Will be back!!
